- Adelaide
- Brisbane
- Singapore

Network access will be interrupted on each NSX Edge for about 5 mins during the maintenance window of 2000-2400 AWST.

Scheduled - Engineers will be performing planned upgrade maintenance on our Perth NSX platform, During this period the following will be unavailable:

- Management of NSX Edge Devices from both vCloud and My Account portal
- Virtual Machine network configuration change
- Provisioning new vDC from My Account portal

Based on security recommendations, 3DES as an encryption algorithm in NSX Edge IPsec VPN service is no longer supported in NSX 6.4.6. It is recommended that you switch to one of the secure ciphers(AES/AES256/AES-GCM) available in IPsec service . Please contact Zettagrid support for more details.

Identified - Data Centre team at VDC-PER03(DC3) have advised that building management are currently experiencing an issue with the building access control system. Swipe card access to the facility is currently unavailable at this time.

Scheduled - vCenter/ESXi Update - Engineers are performing upgrades to the Perth Availability Zone. As a result, Management Access will be unavailable for no more than 2 hours during the maintenance window.

Customer virtual machines will not be affected by this work and are expected to remain fully operational.

The service impact is as follows:
- vCloud Management Access - unavailable
- Console Access - unavailable
- Provisioning of new services - expect delays
- Veeam Backup (image Archive) - no management & jobs paused
- Veeam Replication - no management & jobs paused
- SecondSite - Please don't change any VPG configs during the maintenance window

Note: All backup and replication jobs will be paused and will resume once the maintenance is complete.

This maintenance affects authentication (Login) to MyAccount for Zettagrid, ZettaNet, Simtex & Conexim customers.
Key functionality affected includes:
- Zettagrid - modifications to existing services.
- Zettagrid - request provisioning of new services.
- ZettaNet - provisioning of new services.
- ZettaNet - broadband new authentication.
- All customers - access to accounts details and billing information.

All VMs will remain fully operational.
All existing authenticated broadband services will remain fully operational.

All MyAccount functionality will be restored to normal operational status at the end of the maintenance window.
